Our deliveries are made within 24 hours of confirming your payment. Your product will be delivered on the nearest route. Remember to confirm your payment to start the countdown.

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods:

All national and international credit cards and bank transfers are accepted. Cash on delivery is only valid within the Guatemala City area.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost will be displayed based on the total purchase and location at checkout, just prior to purchase.

How are shipments made?

We ship through our own delivery service, which gives us reach throughout the capital and secure delivery of all our products.

Important: When we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirming delivery so you can be on the lookout for the delivery person.

I want to change my product, how do I do it?

Exchanges can be made within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product directly in the physical store, after prior notice via email to info@aguadulcegt.com . The exchange can be made for a product of equal or greater value, paying the difference. The returned product must be in excellent condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer cash refunds. You can exchange it for another product of equal value, or we'll give you in-store credit if you don't want to exchange it right away. (Credit valid for 60 days)

  4. Fill in your contact information and click "Continue."
  5. Enter the address where you want to receive the product. Then click "Continue."
  6. Select your preferred shipping method and click "Continue."
  7. Choose your payment method. Then click "Continue."
  8. After confirming your purchase, you will receive an email from us; this will not be proof of payment.
  9. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship the products you purchased.
