How are Staff Favorites chosen?

At the beginning of each month, the team (sales associates + curators) chooses 10 pieces they are currently wearing or recommending the most. There's no algorithm, it's the team's real opinion.
Does the selection change?

Yes, it rotates monthly. Some pieces can stay for 2-3 months if they're still top sellers. Visit us online or in-store to see the current month's selection.
Are the parts discounted?

Not necessarily. They are genuine recommendations, not a clearance sale. Some may coincide with monthly promotions.
What kind of products are here?

Everything: dresses, accessories, footwear, blouses. The selection reflects what is currently in store.
Can I ask for advice on these products?

Yes. Write to us on WhatsApp and we'll connect you with the team member who recommended the piece. They'll tell you why they chose it.
Do you accept exchanges on these items?

Yes, same policies: 30 days with the garment unworn, with tags, and in perfect condition. No cash refund.
Do you ship throughout Guatemala?

Yes. 24-48h in the capital, 1-2 business days in departments. Pickup in Zone 14.
